We are located in the middle of the shopping center Boven 't Y in Amsterdam Noord on the Noord Zuidlijn, stop Noord. Our practice is located opposite Intertoys and next to Cosmo hairdressers.

New patient? 

You can contact us for a one-off treatment or if you are looking for a permanent dentist. Registration is free and easy: register with us by email or telephone, fill in the registration form on the spot, answer the health questions and show a valid identification when registering.

Make an appointment 

We always try to schedule your appointment with your preferred dentist. For specialism, the dentist may refer you to one of our other dentists. In case of emergency and pain complaints, you will be helped as quickly as possible by the first available dentist.

Are you unable to come to the appointment? Cancel the appointment 48 hours in advance; this way you avoid fines up to 100% of the amount of the planned treatment. Cancellations can be made by email, by telephone or by leaving us a voicemail.

Information about the treatment
Your first appointment as a new patient is a check-up appointment and, if necessary, an extensive examination, in which X-rays can be part of the appointment. The dentist will discuss your healthcare question with you in which the pros and cons, the side effects, long-term effects and the costs of the proposed treatments are discussed. Do check whether the planned treatments fall within the (annual) reimbursement of your insurance. In this way, you decide together with the dentist which treatment is right for you.
Pay information
Our claims are provided by Anders Medical Factoring. They first submit the claim to your insurance company. If there is still a personal contribution, you will receive a bill from Anders Medical Factoring. To save paper, Anders Medical Factoring sends the invoice by email as standard. If you prefer to receive a bill by post, you can pass this on at the desk. You can also agree on a payment arrangement with Anders Medical Factoring. Have you moved, do you have a new email address or telephone number? Let us know. If something has changed in your health, discuss it with the dentist during the next appointment.
