Treatments during COVID-19
We have carefully resumed regular treatments. We already comply with all infection prevention protocols as prescribed for dental practices. Because of the COVID19 virus, we have taken extra precautions for your and our safety.
The dental rates are determined nationally by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). These rates are re-established annually.
In addition to the dental fees, costs for dental laboratory and / or costs for materials can also be included in the treatment. The costs per treatment depend on your personal situation.

We process medical data from our patients. Because of the sensitivity of this data, we attach great importance to privacy.
In our privacy statement you can read which personal data we process and for what purpose. The privacy statement also states which rights you have. If you have any questions or want to exercise your rights, you can contact the office manager via [email protected]
Your patient satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any comments about our care provision, you can request a complaint form at the desk or send an email to [email protected] You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.
If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we would like to make an appointment with you at the practice within 14 days.
If your complaint has not been resolved within 4 weeks of receipt, a follow-up appointment will be made with KNMT, our external complaints officer.
If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution to the complaint either, you can turn to the Oral Care Disputes Authority.
